Counselling
Sometimes, all we need is someone who truly listens.
A Safe Space to Explore What Matters Most to You
Whether you're navigating relationships, questioning identity, feeling stuck, or simply need someone to truly listen — counselling can be a space to breathe, reflect, and grow.
I offer a down-to-earth, non-judgmental space for you to bring your full self, just as you are.

2 | How I Work

I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches including:
-
Person-Centred Counselling
-
Strengths-Based Practice
-
Acceptance Commitment therapy
-
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
-
Youth Work Methodologies
Sessions are led by your needs — you’re in the driver’s seat.
